These are the documents that can be handed over to your builder so that they can review, verify, add to or adjust, and discuss a plan of action to get your project started. We put our heart and soul into the blueprints and pre-construction phase to get everything just right and ensure a seamless building process.

Interior design

Through our experienced and passionate team, we create a seamless and personalized interior design experience that is both welcoming and enjoyable. We believe that a home should reflect your unique style and preferences, which is why we dive into the why behind the space and approach every project with professionalism – creating a wow-worthy interior design that brings function, value and personal style to your home through color, texture, materials and more.

ONBOARDING

The first step is to listen. We want to ensure we fully understand the why behind your space. We will discuss your wants, needs, budget and ensure the potential project reflects our mission. Before we get started on curating a design for your project, an estimation of design fees, labor and materials is created and shared with the homeowner.

DRAFTING PROCESS

This is where we put pen to paper and your dream floor plan is conceived. In this phase, we focus on the functionality of your space while following space-planning standards and codes. Together, during a face-to-face meeting, we review the 3D rendering and make changes
until the floor plan is perfect.

DESIGN PROCESS

We call this our “pulling it all together” phase of the project. Mood boards are created to show
the colors, materials, textures and accessories
for each space. We create a 3D walkthrough to visualize each room and allow the homeowner to make changes before anything
is purchased or installed.

INSTALLATION

This is where things start to really come to life! We carefully oversee the project and its progress throughout, working alongside our trusted team of contractors or your builder of choice to ensure things are coming together seamlessly.
